We hold same day emergency slots Monday to Saturday for toothache, broken teeth, swelling, lost crowns and dental trauma. Call us as early as possible on 020 7624 4302 and immediate pain relief will be the priority at your first visit.
You do not need to be a registered patient. We welcome new and unregistered patients for emergency care, with clear fixed fees explained on the phone before you come in. If you have facial swelling affecting your vision or breathing, or trauma with a suspected jaw fracture, go to A&E immediately.
Hold it by the crown, not the root. If clean, try to place it back in the socket, or keep it in milk and call us straight away. The first hour matters most.
Take your usual over the counter pain relief, avoid very hot or cold food and drink, and rinse gently with warm salt water.
Keep the crown safe and avoid chewing on that side until we can recement or restore it.

Severe toothache, facial swelling or a suspected abscess, a knocked out or broken tooth, a lost crown or filling, bleeding that will not stop after an extraction, and trauma to the mouth or jaw.
